In math we are working on multiplication and will be moving on to double digit multiplication shortly. Our students are enjoying reading Alvin Ho and learning character and literary elements in our ELA unit. We are learning about energy in our new science program. The students are learning about the scientific method as well to help us prepare for future science experiments. In social studies the 4th graders are making maps of NY and discovering the different regions and features in our state. On Wednesday, October 15th we are taking a field trip to Fire Island Sunken Forest. We are all  excited and looking forward to working with our scientist guides.
